The Atelier
“Atelier” is the word that best describes us. Pato Stampi is able to satisfy all the needs of our customers through all phases, from design to prototyping, from the construction of the mould to the moulding, and if necessary offering an accurate assembly service and an efficient logistic planning.
Design
The design phase starts from the customer’s concept and through a freehand drawing we arrive at the Cad 3D design. Once this phase is completed we pass, if necessary, to stereolithographic prototyping that allows an accurate verification of every detail from both the aesthetic and functional side.
Mould creation
Once the mould has been sized, we start with the actual design of the mould, often with digital software supports. Once the work has been divided into the various parts, thanks to the help of the cam, we design and implement the tool path for the milling machine or erosion operations
Moulding and assembly
Thanks to the use of modern injection moulding machines we are able to satisfy any production request from the customer. We are also available to take care of the post-production process so the customer can have the finished product right away.
